I had Daniel give me classes on Pickle ball at Fairfax VA. She was such a delight. She praised me every time we played and she made sure I left with a full understanding of the rules. She also showed me how to make appointments on the Lifetime app. I had such an amazing time. I didnt think I was going to have so much fun while shredding some weight. πŸ”₯β™₯️

As a parent, this is now the second time I have experienced issues at the Kids Academy related to a lack of professionalism and proper supervision. When we first joined Life Time, we had an open conversation with the manager about our 5-year-old autistic son. He was very understanding and supportive, and that level of care and inclusivity was a major reason we decided to join. Recently, my husband had to leave his workout early after receiving a voicemail from a staff member named Kira stating that our son needed to be picked up immediately because she claimed he had stepped on a toddler. When my husband arrived, he felt the interaction was neither respectful nor empathetic. He was told that our son needed to leave right away, without a clear or professional explanation or discussion of the situation. My husband respectfully asked if he could finish the remaining 30 minutes of his workout while the matter was addressed, but Kira refused and insisted that they leave immediately. Based on repeated interactions, we are beginning to feel that our son is being unfairly singled out. Additionally, if a toddler was present with older children, that raises serious concerns about supervisi

Small but mighty. Small space, but extremely well organized. It’s clear the staff takes great care of the facilityβ€”everything is very clean and well maintained. The studios, in particular, are in excellent condition, making it a pleasure to work out here. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this location is, especially compared to the Centreville Lifetime, which seems to be going downhill. The Centreville location could definitely take notes from Fairfax.

I’ve been going to Lifetime Fitness for over 13 years, and Zach is by far the best Aquatics Manager I’ve seen. He takes the time to talk with everyone and really gets to know the members. His staff is well-trained, friendly, and professional, and the pool and sauna are always spotless β€” which is a major factor for me. Zach is also great with kids and makes swim lessons fun and engaging. I especially appreciate the small basketball hoop he added to the pool area β€” such a thoughtful touch that members of all ages enjoy. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great experience for everyone. Keep up the excellent work, Zach! Lifetime is lucky to have you.

Final week, looks like they got 3 areas of the gym blocked off for P90 classes. It's comical at this point. Oct '25 Pt 2: So looks like now in addition to the increase in dues they also want you to upgrade to a signature membership to use massage chairs which are currently offered to all patrons. I've cancelled. The corporate greed is insane. Oct '25: Another $20/mo increase for existing mbrs. If you want to start here with a family, it's $355/mo for new members. If you want Alpha, add another $50/mo. If you want to visit Clarendon/Reston/Potomac/Ashburn, you're going to have to pay more money above what i just listed here. "As part of our ongoing commitment to a premium membership experience, effective November 1, 2025, your monthly dues will change from $259 to $279 (plus tax, if applicable). As a long-standing member, your rate remains $80 below new members with the same membership access." Oct '24: Another $10/mo increase. Changing from 5 Star to 1 Star. Look at your trends on Google, dismal. I'm paying $255/mo for my family, $20/mo increase this year. Y'all have taken away the basketball courts to add pickleball to make more money. Tonight at 1730 I went to the compou
